Recruiting Procedure

Initial contact between foreign recruiting partner and Hope International (P) Ltd. regarding demand for workers in a particular country and field of work.

Foreign recruiting partner and Hope International (P) Ltd. agree upon terms and conditions.

Hope International provides foreign recruiting partners with a document set that is required for foreign recruitment.

Foreign recruiting partner fills out necessary documents and emails it to Hope International (P) Ltd. for review.

Hope International (P) Ltd. confirms that all documents are final and directs foreign recruiting partners to attest to these documents.

Foreign recruitment partner attests documents in the recruiting countries chamber of commerce or ministry of foreign affairs and the Nepalese Embassy.

After the attestation process, Hope International (P) Ltd. receives confirmation through the government online portal.

Hope International (P) Ltd. applies for all labor department pre-approvals and advertisement formalities.

Candidate documents and CV’s are collected by Hope International (P) Ltd.

Full name list, documents and CV’s of documents are sent to the foreign recruiting partner.

Interview and selection is conducted.

Foreign recruiting partner selects candidates and sends information to Hope International (P) Ltd.

Hope International (P) Ltd. begins medical and final labor clearances for deployment.

Hope International (P) Ltd. conducts pre-departure orientations.

Hope International (P) Ltd. drops selected final candidates to the airport for deployment.

The Overseas Employers or Licensed Foreign Employment Companies/Recruiting Agencies on behalf of the Employers, should send the following documents to the Licensed Recruiting Agent in Nepal who will apply to the Ministry of Labor Department, Nepal for permission to recruit manpower through advertisement in newspapers and Labor clearance before worker's departure
Power of Attorney:

Authorizing the agent in Nepal M/s. Hope International (P). Ltd. License No. 857/066/067 to act on their behalf (duly authenticated/attested both Chamber of Commerce & Nepal Embassy)

Demand Letter

Listing categories, numbers required and all the other terms & conditions (duly authenticated/attested both Chamber of Commerce & Nepal Embassy)

Service Agreement

Between your office and M/s. Hope International (P) Ltd. signed and stamped by the sponsor. (duly authenticated/attested both Chamber of Commerce & Nepal Embassy)

Employment Contract

Mentioning wages and other benefits including food, accommodation, and transportation. Leave, medical facilities, insurance, air passage, etc., (duly authenticated/attested both Chamber of Commerce & Nepal Embassy)

Guarantee Letter

The sponsor company has to ensure that they will not send the workers to another country for work from the host county within the contract period. (duly authenticated/attested both Chamber of Commerce & Nepal Embassy)

Hope International (P) Ltd. will provide prospective clients a complete document set for their respective country upon request. The required documents vary from country to country but all documents are required to meet the formalities of the Government of Nepal.
